Return Conditions

✔️ Eligible Products:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
❌ Exceptions:
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as:

Return Process
Contact us via email to initiate the return process. We will provide you with all shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective product or an order error.
Once we receive the product, a quality check will be conducted. If the return meets all conditions, we will proceed with the refund.
Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered:
