Return Conditions
⏳ Timeframe:
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
✔️ Eligible Products:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.
❌ Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, where the seal has been opened after delivery (e.g. personal hygiene products, underwear, items that come into direct contact with intimate areas). The right of withdrawal remains valid for these products if they are received with the packaging and seal still intact and unopened.
Return Procedure
- Contact us by email to initiate the return process. We will provide you with all the shipping instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an order error.
- Once the product has been received, a quality check will be carried out. If the return meets all the conditions, we will proceed with the refund.
Refund
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days from receipt of the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or an item different from the one you ordered:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free return pickup and replacement of the item.
