Order Processing
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after payment is received.
Courier and Tracking
Shipments are handled via express courier with online tracking.
The tracking link will be sent as soon as the order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and courier fees. These rates are fixed.

We recommend grouping products into a single order.
It is not possible to merge separate orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.

The package is completely anonymous, with no reference to its contents.
Customs Duties and Local Taxes (International Shipments)
For shipments to countries outside Europe, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the order may be subject to:

The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to failure to pay such charges.
